What's that you're eating?

Was the BEST non traditional food day I can remember for Easter. Easy for me for cooking, and almost zero leftovers, just enough for lunch tomorrow, could not ask for a more easy day of cooking, + it filled the tummy and was delicious + leftovers for tomorrow too!👍
 
Fried me up a good ol' corned beef hash with a couple of duck eggs. Really, really good.

How long did it take to cook that pork butt? What approximate size/weight was it?
Took around 7 hours and was only around 5 pounds I think. Started off pretty low with smoker temp around 250, then wrapped the butt when it got to 165 and turned the heat up to 350 to get it to finish in time for dinner.
