What's that you're eating?

Thank! I did add some oven time at the end, about 15 minutes at 350. Bacon, onion, garlic and red bell pepper in the pan to get started, then the brussels until they start to brown, then into the oven to finish them.
I thought those looked so perfectly roasty it had to be some oven time! Tremendous. Keep those pics coming, sir. Inspiring us all.
 
Do you guys remember the panic & hand wringing about the sriracha shortage earlier this year?

Well, I think the shortage is over now . . .

Too bad it doesn't taste as good as when they were using Underwood Ranch peppers.
