What's that you're eating?

Got these in the dutch oven a couple hours ago, should be done in an hour or so.

I am quite jealous, sir! Venison is delicious.

Are you back east-ish? Was it a whitetail? I've only had whitetail a handful of times. It seems to be less gamey than mule deer.

I'm out west in Utah, so we only have muleys, they sure are tasty!
I'm in Minnesota. The white tail deer here get to eat corn and alfalfa down on the farm.

It's literally just super lean beef. We grind up about 15 percent pork butt with it and smoke it to make sausage.

I could have bench pressed that plate for gains there was so much iron on it.
