I like vacuum sealed bags because it makes thawing so easy.

I also like frying out in the driveway so the whole house doesn't reek of grease for a week. Rate my setup.

And, as usual, I seem to like eating before I remember to snap a Pic. So you people get to see the leftovers: deep fried Nilgai steaks and Chicken beasts, with a brown gravy.

Easy guacamole thanks to perfect avocados at a Mexican market nearby. That shopping trip yesterday also inspired a roasted tomatillo, jalapeño and poblano salsa.
