What's that you're eating?

What a great day!

The wife wanted a sandwich from my favorite beer store... so of course I was happy to pick it up

And naturally as I was leaving she said "don't forget the sandwiches" lol

We both got the pastrami loaded

(All-natural Angus Pastrami, our house made groucho sauce, french fried onions, deli dill pickles and dill havarti cheese toasted on an Everything Bagel )

Dill pasta and stuffed pepper soup... of course I picked up beer lol

What’s on that sammich? Looks like an everything bagel?

One of the wife’s favorite spots is a local brewpub/social house. It’s actually the first place I ever took her out to. I’ve tried everything on their menu at some point but I’ve become boring and almost always get the same things now.

Edit: Oh I can see the ingredients now. Nice. 😋

Thank you! That will make her day. I think she does a fine job too. I know she usually dusts them with potato starch, and I think white wine, butter, and dill may be involved as well. 😋
 
When I was young, my sainted Mom (RIP) would sometimes get a Kringle for a special occasion. No one around here makes them, and they are muy espensivo to mail order.

BUT . . . occasionally, Trader Joe's gets a bunch and sells them for under ten bucks. Usually only only flavor. This weekend, I scored.
