What's the smoothest folder you have ever felt?

Hi Folks -

The smoothest I have felt is my A.G. Russell Acies. I am not sure why, but with bronze washers, zdp-189 and titanium scales, that knife has the smoothest action of anything I have owned.

There are many on the second tier, and they are all very satisfying, but the Acies still stands alone.

best regards -

the smoothest opening folder that I own is the benchmade mini dejavoo. The opening is almost like a gliding/hovering that requires very little flicking power.

benchmade sure does a good job with their washers/bushing system

Gerber folding sportsman 1 I bought in the early 80-ties. They realy did good knifes back then. Gerber nowadays dont seam to be equalent in any way.

Most recently, it would be a Spyderco J.D. Smith got in a trade. It's by far the smoothest lockback knife I've ever handled.
