Whats your favorite cheap edc

Seeing a lot of love for Opinel. I carry a #6. What else can you get with that size blade anywhere close to the weight? And the dang lock makes it almost a fixed blade.

Cold Steel Hold Out 2. Kicked my Benchmades and DPX out of my pocket for the time being. Bought the 1 & 3 yesterday too. For about $33 absolutely can't be beat. My favorite knife period right now.

New favorite.

Yes, this is a great knife series from Cold Steel. They have recently discontinued the Hold Out III and they can be found for around $30.

Hi guys. I can't brag about my knives in terms of a vastness of collection. Most of them are folding ones. At this point, the one I cherish most is the Cold Steel Tuff Lite. I only wish I had purchased the serrated blade. I shall second a former statement from the part of another member, in regard to the distinction between "cheap" and "inexpensive". Anyway, all proportions considered, personally I evaluate the Tuff as "inexpensive" considering the overall construction, the format, the quality and the potential. Cheers.

Ontario Utilitac 2, Buck 371, Case SodBuster. Carry all of them at different times & they work well for me.

Want a good, inexpensive EDC? Take a look at Rough Riders slipjoints.

Yes, they're an "import" but the quality-to-price ratio is hard to beat. They have tons of patterns to choose from and most can be had for under $15.

Spyderco Value Line (I have the Tenacious)
Kershaw (Skyline, Leek are my favorites)
Case (Stockman, Trapper, Peanut, Sodbuster)

Absolutely agree. I've just started buying Rough Rider knives and I'm well impressed with the fit/finish for an Inexpensive knife.
My other budget EDC's are -

O.K. the last one wasn't inexpensive but it gets used round the house.

Favorite traditional and modern style EDC knives for under $40 for me...
Victorinox Super Tinker (was ~$20 when I got mine)
Kershaw Composite Blade Leek Blem (was ~$30 when I got mine)

Buck Vantage, Kershaw Skyline, Kershaw Cryo.

Didn't somebody already ask this question once ?

Answer: nope, not once; more like 400 times! :p
