I know we change our minds about our knives about as often as we change our underwear.....ok so maybe it's more often than that !!!:D
Anyway this summer I'm really loving carrying my little SRKW Bandicoot.
It seems to do quite well at cutting through a wide range of materials, it's sturdy enough to baton through wood if required, the 52100 takes and keeps a great edge, the res-C handle lets you keep a rock solid grip even when wet and it's so light you hardly notice you are carrying it !;)

What are you all carrying this summer ?

Mad Dog Pygmy ATAK, haven't been able to quit using it since I got it.

Right now it's this Breeden PSKK. Just switched out from a nessie il bruche made for me. I will probably rotate them in and out.

I am totally in love with my bravo-1. I took this one on an 11 hour hike and it performed great. I never could understand what all the fuss was about until I bought it. (note to self, never go near a busse:D) If I ever have to buy another fixed blade, it's gonna be a bark river.

Well I'm on vacation so I only brought a few knives but I think the ash-1 would be the best choice out of what I brought.
I carry a foster fears usually when I go hiking but I'm looking on replacing that with a bravo-1.

as always, its my mora #1 with natural birch handle and laminated blade.

along with the EDC folder of the day, lately a buck stockman.

i do have a new knife on the bench that i intend to keep for myself though...can't wait to see how it performs.

I am completely satisfied with my F1's (have two). They are carried in an aftermarket LH sheath made by a fellow here (sorry, I've forgotten who) that holds the knife as well as a fire steel. I also carry a small folder of some sort (Vic Farmer, Buck 501, etc.).

This has been my setup since the beginning of May, can't think of any reason to change :D

Either my old wood handle mora or the Buck 102 woodsman I've had for 15 years. I don't have many sheath knives, just those two. I'll have a folding saw in my pack. If it's winter and bad weather, I'll have a hatchet along.

That would have to be my #3, great little knife. Usually paired with a BM 551, but soon it will be some type of slipjoint.
As you can see I can get tiny curls, and large ones. Oh the benifits of a convex grind. :D

Right now it's my Buck 110 and a Boker large Stockman in Appalosa bone. If I get a Buck 105 for my birthday I might start carrying it.

On the folding saw, I do have two very lightweight Gerber pruning saws I carry in my two larger day packs. They're great - cheap and effective.

So far this summer it's been my RC4P. This was a big step-up in knife quality for me, and it has performed admirably doing anything I've asked of it. I actually don't feel the desire to buy any other small/medium fixed blades, which is a novel sensation for me. :D

If the handle was just a tad bigger it would be damned near perfect, as I have big mitts.

It looks a good deal more "used" now, but this is the only photo I have of it (and I'm currently at work).

Gotta admit thats one thing they and fiskars didn't mess up, ture they are made all the same. But they are very good users, I have one from the gerber (the old one) and a new one from fiskars.

Excellent cutters.

I gotta a few I alternate, but I have been taking this guy out alot lately.
