where is my order??

Seems like their scamming is catching up with them on eBay.

Of the last ten eBay feedbacks, five are negative. And the five positive scores included these two:
"never got item but got many good reals that why no negative"
"Great item slow shipping took 30days"

To me that counts as three positive and seven negative.
 
Take your paperwork to your local bank branch and dispute the charge/proceed with a chargeback. Soon.

i got that email on nov 8th, 13 days from the day after i ordered,,after seeing the email i go to their website and the item i ordered is no longer listed on the site.
 
Their youtube video say that they are not on ebay beacause of a few things,,one i remember is that ebay would not let money orders be accepted any more,,,jess felt that was unfair to customers,,hence loosing some i would imagine...


also still no refund, no reply to my messages or voicemail, i called 6 times today and the phone always goes to voice mail..i prob called 20 times total,,and as you would have guessed the phone always wen to voice mail
 
just came back from the bank where i brought a print out of the order and all interactions, they said wait till tomorrow and then bring in the email where i aked for a refund yesterday!!! spydieguys charged my card on the 29th of oct,,they did not even offer other color of the knife which was a maroon ukpk drop point, nor did they offer a refund.

no problem. Kate will be in on WED and she will take care of it for you. Sorry, Spyderco has way too many models being produced in Golden, and are out of about HALF their Golden models right now. Not good for a lot of my customers..

You need to take everyone's advice, and simply try to get your money back from the bank. Seriously.
 
oh i am..thanks..i am taking the print out saying i wanted a refund to the bank tomorrow at the womans request that i spoke to.
 
Just came back from the bank,,they gave me my money backand are going to persue him,,i gave them all of my info and his phone # etc...And guess what todays is wednesday,,,spydieguys is closed and i have no refund or an indication of one thereof.....I also just got in the mail a green ffg delica 4..
 
i really cant believe how much back and fourth bs took place with this company, ive never had that happen,,the thing that really takes the cake is not one once could i get a human on the phone,,,with now probably 25 calls..
 
Good work, Hemi :thumbup: . That is how it has to happen sometimes. Sorry that you had to waste your time like that. The pros are that you got your funds back and you helped to inform others of Spydieguys very poor business practices. I would suggest you go on eBay and leave some concise negative feedback but I'm bettin' you've done that already. All's well that ends well.

My financial institution has reimbursed me the money for which your company owed me, as wednesday has come and almost gone, and i have not heard back that a refund was given or any indication of when was going to be given thereof. The back and forth 15 day fiasco is obsurd and unprofessional in my opinion, granted you did keep in contact via youtube and an email and i thank you for that,,,,secondly throughout the 15 days i called probably 25 times,,never to get a human on the phone, i also left several messages,and never got a call back..My financial institution will be contacting you for their reimbursment....

First off, honest dealers won't charge your credit card until the order is ready to ship.

That's not entirely true. Just because a company charges your card when you buy something and then ships the item in less than 24 hours later doesn't mean they are dishonest. Unless it's an item that the customer knows isn't in just yet, I ship them off less than 24 hours in most cases and I don't see the money from my merchant provider 3 days later. I'm sure you have very legit reasons for feeling the way you do but there are some really good and honest guys out there (like myself) that use a merchant account to collect credit card payments that take the payment when you buy something.
