As long as you don't get low-T from excessive walking and a low protein diet, then carrying an ounce or two of equipment will be manageable and you will be OK.

It's a little known fact that a lot of us older folks have taken to employing a Knife Caddie for our daily stroll. Saves the strain of totting our large collections of custom blades to each insignificant cutting task we come upon.
It usually goes something like this for me. "Jeeves hand us the Bowie I think please. That bear is advancing towards us with alacrity".
