Which knife did you own that you most regret selling?

Well I just sold my first Sebenza, CF and Damascus. I loved it but want money for computer parts. I'm already eyeballing a Ladder Damascus and Snake wood 21 for next year.

Warning: a little sappy of a story: When my dad passed away about 10 years ago he had quite a collection of blades I didn't care for so I sold most of them that were not ones he carried on a regular basis to generate some cash for my mom. I found a family picture a little later with him carrying one of the knives I sold. Made me a little sad that there was a part of him that sold with it.

Only one and I replaced it. Could not imagine selling any of my nicer blades unless really hard times fell upon me or my family.

Like many of us I've sold a lot of knives, and bought others to replace them.

The one that I've sold that I regret the most is a Dozier Personal. I realized it was about the right size for me to try for EDC but thought it was too expensive so I sold it. I had some emotional attachment to it and later on I wished I had it back so I could use it. I've since bought a Bradford Guardian 3 for that use.

I had a pre- Blind Horse LT. Wight hunter. I bought it from him for a song.
