Well I would never pick just one but in the spirit of the the post I would choose one I made. It does not have a name yet but @ 3/16ths 1084 with a 5" blade it has proven to be unbreakable shy of a vice and a 4 foot cheater pipe. Sharpens up easy with a few swipes of the strophe.
