Had this orange Sod Buster in the rfp on today’s hike the wife and I did!!View attachment 2466805
Looks cool! Being from coastal NC I don’t get into much snow and all my deep snow experience was at Graf in Germany doing V Corps winter exercises. Wore “Graf Boots” as we called them and simply busted snow to create walking trails. I bet that is good exercise. OH

We had a great time. I forgot snow hiking is a little more strenuous!! 🤣🤣 Sometimes we felt like we were walking on marbles. 🫣

Everyone that enjoys carrying a Case Knife (or thinking about carrying one, or reminiscing about one formerly carried) is welcome here. Your first comment was a bit in left field (or so I first thought) and had me confused too until I figured out you were directly answering the title of the thread. Post your Case Stockman picture, join the conversation and, as you point out - add to the fun. Glad to have you here. OH
You know, I re-read my post and I see what you mean. Hopefully it is clear I meant no offense (except maybe to the fella I was telling the anecdote about who, at 40, seemed to be holding his first pocket knife.)

Thanks for the comment, glad it's all cleared up.

This is very close to me but I have never been. Looking at the pictures I will be making a trip this summer!
I generally hike there late fall, winter, early spring. Poison ivy abounds there big time.
And I am highly allergic to it!! 😞

Sorry to hear that! I'm a huge fall fan and that area that time of year sounds gorgeous
I don’t know how close you are to Darlington but look up the North Country Trail. Great trails, well maintained and very little pi. My favorite trails to hike!!

This 1987 63087SS for tomorrow and Friday, going to be in Charlotte for a couple of days of meetings in the heart of the urban beast. A light medium should be sufficient for any pocketknife needs. OH
