Who still carries a Case Knife?

I haven’t carried a barlow in quite a while but I grabbed this Case tonight when I got home from work. It really is a solid, well made knife.

Apparently so, I don't have a CASE with the current tang stamp that is CV, the only one I do have is a stainless copper lock. Do the carbon bladed knives with the current stamp not have a lightning bolt S?

:cool: Always great to hear, welcome!
No, currently the lightning bolt is used on SS knives only as far as I know.

Over the past year, it's had a lot of carry- Chestnut Bone Sodbuster

My rotation schedule has dealt me several Case knives this week. Coincidentally, two of them match the preceding two posts: I'm carrying an amber bone canoe just like Vince, and I always carry a chestnut bone CV Sod Buster Jr like the one Will posted.

I'm also carrying a sort of "cross" between the previous two, an amber bone SBJr:

And, finally, I've also been assigned a Case yellow pen knife for the week!

Carrying the Mini-Trapper 3207 I bought at the lumberyard yesterday. I have never been a Trapper guy (54 pattern size) as they feel lumpy in my pocket but this one carries in the pocket about like a Medium Stockman. I may eventually convert the Spey blade into a Sheepfoot (and cut a long nail groove in it). OH

..... or, you could convert the clip blade to a wharnfoot style and slightly re-profile the spey.... just sayin.... :D
