Took this one out to carry today. It was one of my first vintage Cases and I finally realized the difference between the “Old” and the “New” ones. It’s a 6308 and either a two or three dot. Even with my cheaters on they’re hard for me to see.

The two for today are a couple of single spring sweeties.... the 6247 PEN in a sort of appaloosa bone (the mark side is almost solid dark) and the stag 5208 SSP half whittler....

Yes, they made a run of knives under their Zippo brand... Mini Trap, Large Trap, Sod Jr., Peanut, etc...

One more from outside. I still go back and forth between favoring Amber bone or jigged Chestnut as my favorite modern Case scale material. I may have to keep buying each until I decide.
