Whoopee - GEC website shows #77 BLADE FORUM 2014 CLUB KNIFE is in production

No. This was a BladeForums knife with stag donated by John Lloyd . Orders were only taken here. The same pattern may show up later on other knives. But that is something different.

Being a paying member was not a requirement.
I think it should be a requirement next year for the 2015 BF GEC Peanut in Cocobolo :)

The BF 2015 knife is going to be a Texas Jack with a bottle opener in Dead Skunk Acrylic. Unless it's a split spring whittler with saw cut bone scales and dimpled bolsters.

Am I the only one that's disappointed after seeing the picture??... Disappointed I didn't order more!!! :D Wow they look fantastic!

I'm quite content with my order of one. I offered to pick one up for Scruff, but he didn't fancy it. One'll do for me, I don't plan on losing it :)

I will be happy with my one but I totally understand why some purchased two or more and I have absolutely no problems with them doing so. Also; Remember early on there was a question of whether we would hit the 300 mark.

From the photos these are absolutely beautiful; a grand slam home run. One thing I am glad of; the stag is natural and not the torched or burnt stag.

Looks like a very nice knife but I'm not crazy about stag plus lately I've been looking for the bare end knives. Good luck to all who grabbed one.

Wow looks outstanding. A few years back I was reading these forums and they were putting together one of the forum knives and I asked how do you get in on the knife. One of the members answered back and said you just did. Well I want to tell you all thanks not just for helping process my orders, but also for the enjoyment of watching the knife coming to fulfillment. You have gotten me to try patterns I would have never considered and ready to enjoy. Thanks all for opportunity and all the work you do to make this place great.
Bob

So close yet so far away.
Can't wait to get one of these in my pocket.
Thanks again to all involved for bringing the best ever forum knife to life. :)

What I like about this year's knife? The overall proportions, bolster treatment and size (not too big, GEC can sometimes overdo them) that swooping Clip, it's like some fin! Tremendous choice of shield, will look right with all types of stag - as it reminds me of an antler point. 'Uncooked' stag -naturally there will be variations but many of the photos show very satisfying examples in natural state. Correct blade/handle ratio. Single-blade, I mainly prefer a larger knife in single-blade form, this one might displace my 73s for a good while. The clever tube-art, very aesthetic.

What don't I like? Well... the fact that it's not yet in my hand:D

A knife to be proud of.
