The math here does not make sense one bit. This pre-order vs. pre-sale stuff is weird. Don't know if you're waiting one month or one year from now. Which should be easier to gauge. They must have received SO many orders that their heads are spinning. Which is a good thing. I know every time I see that blade shape I get the chills.

If you are referring specifically to the GSO 5.1 they have begun shipping and will continue to ship for a while yet.
All the GSO 5.1 orders ought to be filled in the next few weeks.
For the rest of the knives it really does depend on which one you are inquiring about.
By my count there are five knife models currently in production and another nine models in the queue to begin production.
So yeah, some of those models are going to take a while before they ship.

Seems like these 5.1 orders have been bittersweet for survive. The are high demand but they seem to be giving them a lot of issues with orders. I feel for them. I'm sure it's a headache when machines go down. I'm still hoping to get one on regular order. We will see how things go for Monday

Quick question: I have 5.1 in the same order as 4.7 and 7/7. Does that mean my 5.1 will get shipped after all the knives in that order are ready to ship?
I will eat one leather sheath if that is the case

I believe it was Ellie who answered this before but I believe she said that if they were very close together they would ship together bur if not they would be shipped separately. Its been a while since that question has come up so I could be wrong or it may have changed in some way but that's what I recall with my malt liquor memory.
