Why Is It So Hard To Purchase From Busse?

Is the OP going to come back? We can understand his frustration, but would hope to hear of a positive resolution.

You would think most would come back after starting a thread like this.
I'll just assume his reason for not coming back is that its was resolved.
 
Well, I'll say it. I hope he's not a troll. If someone is willing to bitch publicly about what they are displeased with, then they should have enough sack to at least come back to say something in a positive vein when it was resolved publicly.

The OP did contact me and the issue was resolved. I am still unsure what happened that he had so many failed attempts contacting the office, but everything is perfect and he should have his knife in hand by now. :) He probably is not back on the forum because he hasn't been able to put it down yet. :D
 
In my experience the Busse customer service is about the best I've come across. I emailed Busse a few months back. The email was sent at about 4:00am on a Sunday morning their time (I'm in Oz so it was OK for me). Unbelievably, I got a reply from Jerry about 5 minutes later! He was replying to work emails at 4:00am on a Sunday morning! Not only that, he continued to reply until I had the info I needed. I was amazed. Either he was still up drinking or they are dead set serious about having the best service in the game. Maybe both.

I've also called the shop and got through within a ring or two. Lexi answers, no problem. And, she has a cool accent.

Totally agree, I can't think of anytime in the last two years one of the ladies hasn't answered and sometimes surprised at how fast. I for one appreciate the dedicated folks at BUSSE, SWAMP & the YARD.
One of the reasons they will continue to have my business. :thumbup::)

Wow, the Aussies are all gaining up on me! Maybe you should call the shop for an accent war. We can laugh at eachother over the way it sounds when we say certain words lol. When I am not so busy, I will let you all know when a good time is. :D
 
Watch out Lexi. I am starting to learn some of there lingo. You may need an interpreter.
