Why no bad press and / or journalistic public shaming of Bear & Son??

Oh man....thank you all, including the OP, for this entertainment. It really brought joy to my boring night in the office.

I have a Bear and Son small lockback, still new in the box that I have no idea where it even came from. Probably thrown in as a stocking stuffer when I was younger. I should do a giveaway to the guys in this thread....

Nah, Boris would be busy telling us how Bear & Sons uses 440A which is, according to the thousands and thousands of real life military men and crusty old time miners and grizzly adams types that he's met and talked to and skinned bears and enemies with, the best steel for everything, ever.
 
Maybe in those last moments he loved knife more than he ever had before. Not just his knife - anybody's knife; my knife.
