Look at that knife and tell me it isn't beautiful, that you don't want it, and that green and pink aren't awesome colors. That's right, YOU CAN'T.

See how well the handle rests in the palm of the hand, and how it's textured for improved grip.

Also note the useful blade shape:

actual materials:paint stirring stick(very sharp), primos mulit-deer call, cotton balls, match container

I like the DeerSlayer 5000 :)

I'll have to come up with something else... I may be able to get more materials tomorrow.

By the way, it is sharp and it CAN cut, it is an old paintcan stick I worked with sandpaper. DAVEH does this go against the rules? I figured an ole paintcan stick would be alright but I wanted to see how sharp I could get it, and as you can see it didnt do bad.

I was wondering that too, after seeing the awesome DeerSlayer 5000.

Here's a sneak peak of the prototype HDFB (Heavy Duty Folding Bowie) by Ehhh Industries! The handle is still in a refining phase, thus prototype.

This beast of a knife sports Cardboaridium handles, an all new integral pivot/stop pin/lockback, and San Mai Corrugate Damascus blade.
The blade is .200 inches thick and 3.75 inches long. The handle is 4.75" and overall length is 8.75 inches. This is one heavy duty knife, folks! Check out the severely abusive tests we did to this thing:

Cuts through .070" thick cardboaridium plate like butter!

Lock holds up to one empty beer bottle before complete failure:

And the toughest test of all, edge to edge contact with another knife for all those knife fights you will no doubt get into:

The HDFB took chips out of the competing knife's edge and you can see the HDFB only had minor rolling! Tough as nails! Comes with a 5 minute warranty!
Don't fall for marketing hype of those "other" companies and get the real deal!
It's SO MUCH knife that it was finely handcrafted using only other knives!

Warranty does not cover gross abuse such as opening, closing, using, and handling of the knife

Yeah Ehh, its about time we saw a folder! You should take that over to the Busse forums, they've been waiting for a tuff as nails folder;)

paint can sticks for blades are ok, just no metal for blades.

I'm glad someone entered a folder, I though it was going to be called the "priority" folder. ;)

Could we get of the coin knife cutting something?

Ok I wanted to make sure, well at the same time I could go all out with various types of woods to make a folder or a fixed blade. Do you think that would be against it? I like it as it is now with quarky materials to make knives. This could get REAL serious if we are allowed to go all out at it with wood.

It can be wood, but yes quirky and entertaining is the key.

Seriously professional wood knife IS NOT what we're after.

I was thinking about calling it the Priority Folder, but it just wasn't enough of a heavy duty name. I may post some more pictures later after I shape the handles for a more ergonomic grip so you can carry out your heavy duty operations in comfort. Maybe clean up some of the scale on the blade left from the forging process too. :p

Hey barrabas, got any pictures of that thing slaying deer?

New from Spooner Cutlery for 2007 is the "Workhorse of the Century", or the Spooner Phlegm as we like to call it. Like the Phlegm for which it is named, our knife looks strange, feels weird, tastes funny yet it apparently serves some purpose.
PICT0318.jpg

The blade is machined from the highest grade ZHDPE-189 available today. The modified Wharncliff blade has utility to spare, not to mention wicked asthetics!! Note our Arachnohole opening system!!! Do not confuse the Arachnohole system with any other 'holes' from other companies, ours is guaranteed to be Rounder!!! The blade itself has our multi-matrix-variablebevel grind. Some parts of the cutting edge are at 20 degrees inclusive, some at 40 degrees inclusive, with the in between bits covering the rest of the scale!!! Can you say WOW??

PICT0316.jpg

Note our proprietary satin finish!! The blade itself is the result of 23 1/2 minutes of research and development, and is a joint effort between Spooner Cutlery and the Memorex Compact Disk Manufacturing Plant.

PICT0312.jpg

The handle is constructed of the best Emory Paper Available (90 grit). We feel that this handle material will certainly shed the micro-crystalline sand of the Middle East, as well as the body fluids of communists, but we would NEVER put that in our ad as we feel that such claims are patently ridiculous.
Read this testimonial from "Catfish" Tutor of New Mexico:
... Dear Spooner Cutlery, I love my Plegm!!! I used it the other day for various things, and then when I was done I used the wonderful scales to clean some rust from my shotgun, and then I used it to rasp my toenails!! What a wonderful product!!!...

PICT0320.jpg

Our Phlegm is constructed using the finest quality American Pop-Rivet construction available today!!! None of those annoying 'torx screws' that the others use!!

Now I know what you are thinking at this point... "the knife is absolutely gorgeous!! but how does it function???". Well we feel that the next pictures really speak for themselves.

Walk, don't run, to the nearest Spooner Cutlery Authorized Dealer to get your Phlegm today!!! Quantities are limited!!! As a special promotion today, we will accept trades of other, lesser, knives such as Spydercos or Busses or Benchmades... just send in your knife and receive a fresh Phlegm straight from our factory!!! Where else are you gonna find a deal like that??? Act Quickly!!!

Could we get of the coin knife cutting something?

You have to pay for more pictures (I need the money to make the knife again :)).

I like the 2 more that have been posted... I may think up a good folder design, I may not (I'll post another knife though, at least 1).

I had a great idea. But my sister is not REALLY mad at me. And she own's the only digicam in the house... :(
