Leon, the apple, honey, and peanut butter on toast tasted great! :thumbsup::thumbsup:
But next time I do it, I'll cut the apple into smaller pieces. The big "cross-sections" of apple were challenging to fit onto the toast (at least compared to small circular banana slices), and a couple of times when I bit into one of the larger apple slices, the part of the apple piece not in my mouth would kind of flip up off the toast and hit me in the nose. :mad:

Here's a Friday photo for the GAW. Our daughter, her fiancé, and her dog have been visiting with us since last Saturday night. Our little dog, Gandalf, is getting stressed out by all the extra activity around the house this week. He's especially wary of the relatively large, incredibly energetic young dog, Cash. This morning, Gandalf seemed uninterested in his breakfast; even though Cash was still sleeping upstairs, I think Gandalf was worried that Cash could come barreling through the kitchen without warning at almost any time. But after I cut up an old carrot and sprinkled it on his canned food, Gandalf was all over his food!

Friday - day 5
Opening a couple of packages that likely have to do with Christmas!

I could have used one of the many, many boxcutters that are available in many locations around our house. But the Boker was itching to open a package or two today.
My youngest son worked at a Pharmacy while he was in High School, and was always coming home with box cutters he'd forgotten to leave behind.
Here's a few of them. Just in case we run out! 😂

While I was snapping a shot of the box cutters we paused to sharpen a pencil. I remember when a kid could use a pen knife to sharpen a No. 2 at his school desk! My how things have changed.....

Inspired by great carnivores the likes of Ellis Wyatt Ellis Wyatt I decided to give my Trapper a taste of steak 🥩:cool:
I don't cook steak very often myself however I've had very good results in the past.
This one here though was a bit tough and harder to chew but it did hit the spot :)

Then my Trapper had a chance at liberating a couple XLR cables from their zip ties constraints, part of a new Shure SM58 wireless microphone set up I bought for our church.

As I contemplated my lack of motivation to go to the gym today ( still a bit sore from yesterday ) and in search of an excuse NOT to go today I decided to test myself for COVID :p . I do have a bit of a sore throat and a mild cough so perhaps it's my lucky day 😄
My Trapper was happy to cut the seal of the rapid antigen test :thumbsup:

Just wanted to say that this have been one of the best GAW threads I have seen, it has been lots of fun. :)
I have been using my Mini Trapper mostly for quick package opening the past day or two. Everything seems to have shrink wrap on it, like new coffee creamer bottles for instance. I did not get pictures of that little stuff, but I have a new cool use today.
Today I am using my knife to cut away old glue from a leather project I am making. I needed a sharp small knife and that is exactly what I have here. The holster I am making is turning out nicely, and I got to use my makers mark that my wife got me for my birthday! :)17026618540747512641250879324112.jpg
