Thank you JonMcD JonMcD as many others have said, it's been a fun GAW to participate in. Great to see other great knives and the creative photos and comments to document their use.

I’m off of work next week. I’m not going anywhere, just staying around the house and catching up on a lot of chores. I’d like to have a little bit of knife fun while I’m at it. The porch has been such a fun and generous place for me, and I’ve never done a giveaway before, so I wanted to chance to give back a bit.

The game will be played like this.

1. Choose one knife to pocket and use for five days straight starting Monday morning. You can carry other knives during the five day stretch, but this knife has to be on you for the five days.
2. Post a picture in this thread of you doing something with your user knife of choice in this thread as you move through the week. Have fun with it; food, dogs, scenery, family, all the good stuff!!!
3. To be “in”, just say “I’m in“ and post a picture of the knife you will use starting Monday.
4. I will pick five winners on Saturday from the pool of folks who Jump in and have fun participating. I have seen a lot of giveaways come and go, so neither will I be anal retentive, being a stickler that you make it all five days, but I also will not be selecting folks who just participate one day. In the end, I will select a pool of people, and then pull five names at random.
5. I really just wanna have a lot of fun and see some fun “knives in use” pics.
6. It is 100% cool to play in behalf of someone else on the porch!

NOW FOR THE KNIVES!!!
5 winners, 5 of my USER knives.

2. GEC 86 2019 run in Autumn Harvest

Let’s have some fun! If my logic has holes, let me know and I’ll clarify.
Following this thread I do not envy your task,it's going to be tough.but remember all good deeds are hard lol.

The countdown is on! I’m sure mama is ready to get that baby out! Looks like you are doing all the appropriate dad mode prep. Prayers for a smooth delivery and a healthy son! Blessings to your family my man.
Thanks I appreciate it, and yes she's ready to be done with pregnancy for sure! I wonder if they'll let me cut the cord with my pocketknife...... 🤔lol

Day 5 done, I can't believe I carried the same knife all week. It's a record. Well, now you know how mundane my life is with this 5 day journal. I go to work, go to the gym, go to the library, go for walks, ride my bike and play with knives.View attachment 2425132View attachment 2425133View attachment 2425135View attachment 2425136View attachment 2425138View attachment 2425147View attachment 2425148
Nope…you missed one.
1. Work
2. Gym
3. Library
4. Walk
5. Bike
6. Knives
And…
7. Spend time with your beautiful family. 👊🏼

Major, you are so right! Normally I carry 2 knives when at home and 2 different knives when I go out, and change about every 2 or 3 days. So, doing the math, while I carried this one beautiful Craftsman stockman these 5 days, I would normally have carried 6 - 8 knives during that time.

I certainly did not miss out on any utility, after all, a 4" stockman is about as "do all" as it gets for a knife, but I did miss some of my other beautiful knives. Guess I'm just a knife-ho.

Good luck to everyone in the prize drawings!
