We have 13 completed knives this year. My wife did a random draw, and everyone is assigned someone to ship to. I'm heading off to my real job shortly, and will start contacting people via e-mail or message, however you sent me your address. Check later tonight for your recipient. Your e-mail or message will have the subject Winter Kith 2016/2017. Let me know tomorrow if you didn't get your recipient's address. I'm not going to post who gets what, so it'll be a surprise.

Once you have your tracking number, send it to me. Post in this thread that your knife is sent. I'll be shipping my knife tomorrow, as I'm going into town tomorrow anyway, and I won't have to make a special trip. Hopefully, everyone will be shipped out by Monday.

Once you get your knife, post pics and comments.

Thank you everyone for participating. This has been a lot of fun this year, and people went all out to do their best. It shows, and there isn't a single dud in the group.

No I don't have twin pre teen daughters. Just one little girl. Now I see why you came up that comparison.

No one needs to worry. All of the knives are great. They reflect our best at this time, and will be happily received.

Just got back from the post office. The knife is on its way to its new owner.

I'm like all of you guys. Very excited. I hope the person that gets mine is happy.

Mine went out this morning.

Were we supposed to sharpen them?

Yes, but I think most of us know how to sharpen a blade. Some people put a working edge, and others go for the full sharpening. I did mine in a super fine thin edge as I used hitachi white. The recipient might want to knock it back a bit, but I thought I'd show off the incredible edge hitachi white can take.
