Wish GEC would make these patterns....

As much as I love GEC's #25s (and oh, I do), I'd like to see a bigger brother to the "Little Jack," the same proportions only at 3 1/4, 3 3/8".

I second that. Would be a really handy size, and let you get a 4-finger grip on it.

A peanut and a swayback jack. Would be great to see GECs cut on these two great knives.

If nobody has said it before, I wish to see a soldier pattern and some sort of electrician's pattern in the future; I would be all over that!

I thought I'd revise this old thread.
Check and see if any of your wishes came true. ;)

I'd like to see GEC make a spear blade Pemberton.

I'd like to see a serpentine stockman on the #81 frame. I think there's actually a pretty good chance of that happening, but it's just a hunch.

3-1/2" swayback jack

single-blade, wharncliffe #48 (but with a slimmer blade than the normal GEC wharnie - more like a Scagel fruitport)

A saddle trapper with a bail or lanyard hole would be just about the perfect knife for me. Actually, if another company makes a knife that fits this description I'd be much obliged if someone would let me know.

An Eisenhower style knife with 1095 blades, long pulls, a bail, threaded bolsters and dressed in ebony

Now that they've made a proper muskrat in the 81 pattern, it's time for a Hawbaker version.

I'd also like to see more 440C. On their website they show that they're making some 62s in 440C.

Please, please, please, a series of #66 jacks. Dream of a Tidioute 66 in black olive jigged, and an UN-X-LD in autumn jigged.

The 68 Pony may scratch that itch a bit.... But really would like the 66.

It's fun to look at the earlier posts in this thread and see where GEC delivered!

I like the little #50 hunters...if perchance GEC could tool up for a bigger belt knife in 1095 (or, praise heavens, O1) and put some more of that gnarly stag on there, I would drop some coin on a svelte 1/8" thick 12" OAL fixed blade from them. Just pipe dreams.

well an easy one would be a #74 with a single clip blade

but my missing link is a trapper with a decent saw blade - pref with a 3" clip blade
