WNY man maimed in IG HT relish fire

I'll be watching for the fireball, to the east, on hammerin day.

Could be the mixture is a little too rich in the forge, but more likely; someone passed gas after eating some of IG's relish.

A true cousin of napalm, I believe.

I read the first few posts in this thread and it reminded me of my friend who used to own the Squeeze Inn in Sacramento, CA. He did his own roasted peppers too. From Oct until the end of Mar he had "Mad Dog Chili with Lazerbeams". He made a wussy pot (almost too hot for me) and the real stuff. If it wasn't hot enough he had a special container of sludge that you could add to your bowl.

Some buzzard came in one day and told how he'd never had chili too hot to eat. Ken told him to try it first and add some "sludge" if it wasn't up to par. The guy put in three heaping tablespoons of sludge without tasting the chili first and then tried to accuse Ken of attempted murder when he couldn't take it. Ken told him, "I warned you", and showed him the door.
 
I should be getting some peppers in at the end of the month. This is the list that I have on orders.

On top of being hot, the HT relish tastes awesome(which is where the problems begin)!!

Right, it actually tastes GOOD. Maybe it's the smoking of the peppers that does it. I don't know, I tried smoking a pepper and couldn't get the darn thing lit. :confused: Who knows what Mr. Mean O'l Crusty Biker Buzzard has been smoking...

HEAT TREAT'G RELISH

90% HABANEROS
10% CAYENNE OR SMOKED PEPPERS
KOSHER SALT
BALSAMIC VINEGAR
WHITE VINEGAR
GARLIC
BASIL
OREGANO
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
EV OLIVE OIL
For the smoked relish just smoke the peppers for 3 hours.
 
Watch out guys, don't be tricked into thinking it's that easy. He didn't tell you what he makes his WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE out of! :eek::yawn::barf::mad:
