Phil, the jalapeños are just a a mild pepper, compared to the habenaros.
Toeburner was here yesterday and I had him try the small batch out. He felt that the smoke flavor was a little to much, but the heat was still hi-test. Will be doing another blend to get it right. I pickup the jelly jars yesterday too.
