Ooooow, Trand, that's very nice. I don't think I've seen one like that before on a Queen.
Thanks Bob :) Birds Eye Maple or the Jack/Half Trapper pattern?

Nice knife! I especially like the fact that the mark and pile covers have completely different character, wood-wise. Really beautiful.
Thanks :) I know many didn't like the gray color of Queen's BEM but I think it looks great, especially in light. There are tan lines and along with the birds eyes, it gives the wood a 3d effect in the light.

Seriously awesome pic, primble. Are you a professional photographer? Do you have a studio or lightbox or is the lighting just always perfect where you live?

No, no, and no. I fight with the outdoor light and reflections too. :D:D:D

I sneaked another picture of the Muley in the post.

Thank you Ryan !

Very good pictures Primble...can we get a shot of the knife in sheath and in front pocket. Those threads about smaller fixed blades are just killing me!!!

I am new user here. Prolly, I am interested and found this knife at Online Shop Citadel Higonokami. Is quite cheap?

Trand the BEM is an acquired taste, yours looks really something though. I have a Teardrop in it and it far more pinkish, kind of cat puke aspect...:D

Somebody in the Forum Knife thread said that maple is not very hard, this amazed me as it's a hardwood and the Queen BEM seems to me to be a very tough wood indeed.Takes a lot of rough treatment.

Thanks, Will
