Happened to be carrying a new wood handled acquisition of mine on this very Wednesday. It's a plain jane small Aitor Castor with Bubinga handles.

Really sweet H. Boker jack. Love the fancy bolster ( in addition to literally everything else about it! )

Yes, that Böker is a cut above the rest, it-shouts quality.

Bolster is really eye-catching but I also admire the way the blade opens out straight with the spring, no 'droop'

I'm really drawn to that Aitor, I think Santa may have to bring me one!
It's a fine little knife for the money, as far as I'm concerned. It would fit in nicely with the Douk-Douks as well as the other ethnic knives like the Opinel and Peasant knife IMO. Steel and construction in general remind me a great deal of my Robert Klaas Brown Mule, which is made in Spain as well. Probably of the same manufacturer.

Thanks Jack - I just wanted to own a knife made with olive wood handles and I got this nicely made knives. It´s made in a great condition. My first experience with D2 and olive wood. So pretty New Land in general ;)

I just ordered my first wooden traditional: Canal Street Single Blade Trapper 14-4 CrMo w/ Cocobolo handles. I hope it shows up in time for Wednesday!

The full sized version of this is on my list. I love that Juniper!

I have been wanting a Case desk knife for some time. To say that this thread has influenced my handle choice would be fair. It is not just a Wednesday knife as it will reside on or in my desk continuously, the choice of curly zebra for handle was a natural after looking at all the great wood in here.
