Never had it out of the pouch, After you fondled it in a darkened car, excited over your New Custom Knife?

Is it possible that the scratch happened there and you didn't notice it since you didn't take it back out until it was returned?

Now I'm sure something isn't right about this whole tale. One lie discredits the whole thing.

Being Pissed and being wrong are two things, unfortunately you only know for sure that you can change one of them...

Let it go.
You will sleep better tonight.

Why can't they have a 3 day return policy? It's their store, and their rules, not yours:rolleyes:

These quotes sum up the entire situation perfectly:

You went through 2 knives in under 24 hours, and returned both. Customers like you are the reason there are such 3 day return policy's.

You shouldn't just walk into a knife shop and wave around your cash if you aren't sure what you're buying. Like you said, a kid in a candy store; exactly. You went overboard, and now the candy you bought is too sour for you.

Wow so your telling me that you shouldn't return a knife but they have every right to have a 3 day return policy and if you use that return policy you are in the wrong ? Wtf what do you work for these guys?

Marci,

Why is he(?) addressing everyone but you, or my statements that you quoted?

You flat out lied!! YOU are the reason THAT store has to HAVE a return policy. Suck it up, and call it a lesson learned. Oh, and don't lie next time.

I am on my phone outside doing work and trying to post sorry I am not seeing everyone's posts. Anyways I can't pressure wash and text at the same time. I am trying to not be one sided yea I am def gonna do research and go over the next custom with a fine tooth comb. I don't feel like I was in the wrong like I said in the end I just wanted a pic of the damage and would leave it alone. He wouldn't do that.
Just remember to some of you commenting on here don't be telephone tough guy. I hate it when people run neck to someone on a computer it just shows how weak you are.

I've purchased from Blade Gallery multiple times and every purchase has been excellent..... plus not once was I in the store, there service is top notch and care is taken with all the sales.

You're explaination has back stepped to many times leaving your creditability in question..........

None of us are being "telephone tough guy" just not crying over someone not going above and beyond to send you a photo of a knife you Already Returned...
If You feel wronged by someone not living up to Your Standards then you can either accept that some people won't do so or lower your standards.

By you taking your funds back, albeit a lesser amount, you agreed to the vendors terms of the return.

Deal with it and let it go.

I've got a $1000 +custom that scratches just appeared out of nowhere on too. Seriously . Knife went from perfect to scratched . Some scratches cane from my wedding ring , others came for the zipper on the pouch it came in.

You played with the knife for a half hour . It got scuffed either send it to the maker to get the scuff out, accept the scuff or buy a membership and sell it . Blade gallery have been very good to me in the past. They shouldn't be expected to take a knife back that isn't in same condition as it was when they sold it to you.

And I hate it when people make negative claims about somebody's business based on lies.

Not cool.

It's not lies sorry I didn't break every second of the day down for you in my post tool. And second to the other comment I am not complaining about my situation or venting I am telling my experience and if I save one person the headache I went through it was worth it.

And like I have said I didn't belive there was a scratch I couldn't see it I am not gonna say that there is no possible way it could have got scratched I don't think I did it.All I asked the guy to do was take 1 min and take a pic of it and then I would have been satisfied. I don't understand why I am in the wrong for asking that. If he would have done that i wouldn't have put him on blast. And now all I want people to know is the experience I went through.

5 to 1, I will take those odds (and that is just within this thread).

I have bet on worse at the track.

I don't see why yout need a photo, you didn't see the mark in person when he pointed it out...what would stop him from keying the side of it intentionally and sending you a photo of that?

Get over it.
You already returned the knife and agreed to the terms of the return when you did so.

The vendor owes you Nothing after that.

Could be, the photo is kind of blurry when zoomed in on.
see what I did there?

Not only that, but it is the lock bat that is marked up. The same spot that would have a mark on it from opening and closing it 30 times...

But I Do see that it could also be a thumb print.

From that point forward it was between you two. If you didn't see it or disagreed what it was, why accept the return rate/charge?

OMG!! Thank you for saying that this was actually the first Knife that was not centered I took the pic right after i left the store took a pic of it and it has this small blemish on it that i actually didn't even notice because it looks like thumb smudge. I brought it back and got the next knife when i brought the next one back it looked like this i honestly couldn't even notice it when he was pointing it out. After we had words i did not cuss or act a fool besides raising my voice in protest that i did nothing to this knife. I cooled off and even apologized to him for getting loud. I went home and was still upset so today i told him hey can you send me a pic of that knife if i can see that mark I would leave it alone. He wouldn't do it told me there was no point. How the hell am i in the wrong. I am done working outside and on my computer so i am willing to listen
