Would love to see a nice knife released

He's been talking about the folder for 15 years. You might as well go find a unicorn with wings.
I received an email saying that it was just Two Weeks away from being announced.

thanks for the assist Jaxx! I was mistaken.

Boney Active Duty, got it !

The model name is just "Active Duty" (AD). The "Boney" added to Active Duty (BAD) is a more specific descriptor, on this model version it indicates it being very thin, and with a slightly higher steel hardness.

Might need a bit of HOG help here... ;)
BAD- .125"?
Original Custom Shop AD (CSAD)-.150"
Milganza AD, and many other coated runs using the same blanks- .190"
Same blanks ^^^ either satin finished or DCBB .170"
Heavy (Active) Duty (HD)- .20"
Inactive Duty (ID)- .32"
Off Duty (OD)- .34"
...Best memory...could be off or missed one. ;)

Regarding the BAD, here is the wording from the Busse Company Store ad:

THE NEW BONEY ACTIVE DUTY, IT'S BAD TO THE BONE!

Here's a new take on the Active Duty. The Boney Active Duty featured here is a super thin slicer and dicer with a full flat grind at 1/8th inch!

The BAD's are mission specific designed to be wicked slicers!

We have bumped the hardness on these to 60-62 rc for better wear resistance when cutting softer materials and in order to better support the extra fine point and edge.

These by far are the thinnest ground EDC blades to ever leave the Busse Shop. The edge of the primary bevel is ground down to .012 - .015 prior to sharpening and the distal taper extends nearly the full length of the cutting edge!

The tips are VERY fine and are not designed for prying or heavy abuse... No worries though. If you find yourself in a precarious situation and need to abuse your BAD, you are still covered by our warranty..

I would absolutely love to see a Leaner Meaner Street built like the BAD - that would be awesome!
