I wish the purported deal screwer(s) would be named. Not naming them just leaves them able to do it again.

We have a GB&U sub forum here where knuckleheads are named all the time. Why should this situation be any different???:confused:
 
the good thing is that Lil Foo got the knife for closer to where they should be. Honestly, why are people even considering these knives at $300 plus? Just wait for a ganza or something.
 
CAD should call out everyone that tried to screw Foo out of it.Anybody who offered something after the initial Ill take it". Thats what the GB&U is for right?

yes it is...and if people did this, then the wrongdoers would think twice before attempting this again.

Yeah me to for changing my post from "I'll take it" to "too slow Congrats Lil' Foo". (Only after I posted "I'll take it" I saw that Lil' Foo's post was first so I edited my original post...:() I also think was totally unfair to try to take the win from Lil' Foo. He was first! Congrats to Lil' Foo and best regards to the CAD - 100% honorable Gentelman! :thumbup:
 
So let me get this straight, someone complains about the price of a knive that they would not have got even if the price was a bit higher since they were not on the board trolling when the knive was listed. :rolleyes:

Maybe they should just post a WTB and list the inflated prices they are willing to pay for knives; bet that many sellers would come a knocking....
 
I saw the post probably a min or so after it was too late and dismissed the whole thing because I really had no idea what I just missed out on (No idea of the real value of that knife). Ignorance is bliss!

So I just dismissed it and kept waiting for someone to post one my of my holy grails!

That mod had a field day though, I couldn't beleive it! All those infractions in such a short period of time. Must have been the best day of his life! :barf::barf::barf:

(That's the serious WTF as far as I'm concerned!)

Rulez iz rulez. And the mod in question didn't know that Tree Herder edited out the "I'll take it." Also, he didn't give infractions even though he could have done so since I guarantee you that everyone involved in that thread is aware of the rules. I don't see any of them complaining about the warnings.

And btw, grimspoon, do you have food poisoning? You seem to be upchucking a whole lot. :cool:
 
What exactly happened? People trying to bid up a knife on the exchange after someone called "i'll take it"? or what?
