I went back and read the rule, and it said, "Buyers are encouraged to ask questions, however, For Sale threads are not for product discussions. Take it elsewhere. Do not chat up a thread trying to keep it at the top of the exchange area."

I though it was pretty chickenpoo for Glockman to give "chatting" infractions for posts calling second or third dibbs if the deal fell through just because they added a "damn I missed it" type comment. (I'm talking about Solstice and Raining's posts.) I would never have guessed that that violated the rule Spark wrote.
