yanks4433 IS A THIEF [Resolved, refund issued]

* Update * I just received 475.00 in cash from a money gram, he sent 500.00 which is all he said he had at the moment and fees ate up 25.00 and he swears he will pay me the balance no later than Tuesday and i told him
that i'm going to hold him to that.
So if for whatever reason he doesn't fulfill his obligations i will still be going the fraud route, but if the initial payment is any indication i believe he will come through... but that's just me.

They want a Knife.. I even ship it to them before they have the $$

I thought he said $1000 is nothing to him, now he only has $500, lol. Better than nothing, but he can still be prosecuted if not paid in full minus your sockline knife.

That is good to read. I'm glad that yanks accepted the responsibility and is making positive efforts. Ultimately, what's right is right. I hope this experience serves as a learning tool for other folks, there is a lot that can be taken away from this and many other threads. It takes a man to admit a mistake and take accountability for their actions. All too often on the forums as in life you hear people shaking off responsibility and blame shifting. Yanks has earned some of my respect for stepping up and doing things the right way, let's drive it home now.
just a request, as far as any potential bashing is concerned, don't bring it here. The folks involved are on their way to resolution and nothing will be gaiend from insults, name calling, or anything else. Mmmkay?

I for one have certainly learned from this and consider myself extremely fortunate to hopefully come away from this whole, and will do my due diligence before any future transactions.

You know, I was not going to say anything but ignorance flaunted needs to be addressed! I'm not going to come down on Yanks, I trust that he is now doing the right thing no matter what caused the original dilemma. I am however, going to give my two cents concerning the comments made by tree hugger, shaker or whatever his name is.

It is apparent that your hash tag line concerning the brain injury affecting your spelling and grammar is 100 percent accurate. Just read your comments. You also forgot to mention the fact that it has affected your reasoning processes and your ability to tell right from wrong. Where do you get off bashing the person who has been wronged simply because they trusted another person. I wish that I could trust everyone as well, does that make me an idiot or a bad person? In your eyes I guess the answer is yes!

Sechip did not ask for help he was only warning fellow members of a potential threat. Fellow members came to his defense because we are all family here whether we know each other or not. There is a certain comradery here amongst most members to help protect each other and to come to each others defense whenever possible. You must not have gotten the memo when you signed up. Either that or you simply have another agenda here on the forum.

How dare you take the stance that you have and insult a good member on this forum. Yeah I would not pay any other way other than paypal, but if I did, I would not expect to be taken advantage of. You almost make it sound like it is his fault that someone might be taking advantage of him simply because you deem him to be an idiot and idiots deserve to be taken advantage of. This somehow makes it ok for the other party to steal or to take advantage of a trusting person. I did not realize that cheating and stealing had acceptable moments in life, well your life!

It appears to me that Sechip did all of his own home work outside of this thread. He pretty much knows everything that there is to know about the other party. Some members have added pieces of information to help and I commend them for taking that stance as well. Members need to know that we as a group will not accept or put up with this type of behavior. If you do we will band together to do what needs to be done.

You my friend need to do some soul searching. You simply don't get it. Right is right and wrong is wrong, period!!!!! How you arrived at your argument simply baffles me. You mentioned the word prayer, for the other person, perhaps you should pray for guidance in life.
