Very cool picture Charlie! You took this picture right before you packaged up that single clip blade Charlow to go to it's new home in Oregon right???? ;)

Some great lookers here. Mind if I join in? My first 'new' Yeller Case. Son gave it as a father's day gift. I have a prized one, no pictures yet of it, a 50s era Case trapper, 6254, that was my grandfather's. I like yellow.

Arizonaranchman, its in a different art of the state, and I'll not see it till the fall, but I'll get a picture of it and readd later to this thread. I love the older knives, that speak with the stories from grandfathers using them. I was lucky to get that piece. I carry it a few times a year when I hunt. He's next to me when I'm skinning a squill, and caping a deer with it. In the mean time, I've been making due with my new soon to be classics!

Regards, SJF

That's great thanks, looking forward to seeing it when you're able. I also love the old, well-worn knives that show their long use, I find them fascinating to examine.

If you look at flowers or other natural phenomena, there are indeed many variations of yellow. This may count as it's treacle-like. Thanks, Will

I was out job hunting today and "just so happened" (definitely wasn't planning on that since our move from Dallas) to come across a Case knife outlet in Branson and decided I needed a little more yeller in my life. Until today all I had was the lone yeller peanut and ended up with this 3 spring stockman. Really think I'm gonna love this knife and cant wait to put her to some good use.

This is an old thread but a good one. I'd bet many of us here have picked up yellow covered knives recently. I've recently picked up the two in the middle in this picture - the Large Stockman and the Peanut.

Good point Ed.

Böker Argentina, Sodbuster. Quite a light pale yellow. Fit & Finish is a bit rough but it's an appealing toughie for work.

Indeed Will; good point Ed!

One of my yellow 25s - banana peel bone, one of only ten. It was in my pocket today.

Impressive bone on that one Paul. It's nicely rounded and shows interesting pores, pretty knife:thumbup::thumbup:

This yeller Case Peanut is my only knife in this color or handle material. It took seeing a lot of other folks' photos for it to grow on me enough to buy one, but now that it's here I wonder why I waited to so long. It's a perfect match for this friendly, helpful little fellow.
