Buck Vantage pro. Cant beat it for the price IMO

Bos heat treated S30V. And can be found around 50-60 bucks.

Haha - That didn't take long.

I very seldom make impulse buys like that, but that idea fairly leapt into my head and I just couldn't help myself. I've played around making a few walking sticks, and have broken/worn out a couple folding shovels over the years, so... upon finding a pretty good price for the shovel (new with sheath, less than MSRP incl. 2nd day shipping) I pulled the trigger.

Hey, JT, I sent you an Email.......

OK, I will go read it :D

Thank you for your consideration.

Whattaya, applying for a job? I'm not hiring. To keep my home-based business tax status, I can only have family working with me, and we're not looking to adopt. I couldn't afford you anyway; that would cut into the Thirstday Entertainment Fund.

:p

That was a good one Kid!!! I LOL'd for real.

But i dont think Murph will appreciate you trying to get his job security, that and the fact i believe Todd pays in beer means you might be out of luck HAHA

Snark = television reviews :D

So i never watched NCIS-LA or Criminal Minds.

But i want to pick one to start..... Both have quite a few seasons to keep me busy for a while, but which one to start???

Any fans of BOTH that can pick one as being better? Why?

Is one funnier that the other?? does one have better character development and relations? A lot of times in crime/cop shops the cases get boring at some point and what keeps the show interesting IMO is the comedy or the history and relations of the characters. I like 1 liners and quick puns, even if the plot gets cold they can keep me smiling until the action picks back up.

Whats your opinion?

Good thing you said something, because to be honest, I forgot all about it :o

I'll finish it up tonight. It'll be fine.

Awesome bro, thanks man!!

And no worries on forgetting, i was never in any type of rush for it, and for the price you charged me i cant complain :D

I need a good folder, any suggestions.
$75 range or so.

I also recommend the Buck Vantage Pro. Mine's been lost for a couple months and I really miss it.

Otherwise, pick a Kershaw. I love the Leek for a smaller blade, and have a combo-blade and damascus. Both are great knives. The Kershaw Lahar is another one of my favorites, though they are becoming harder to locate.

Any opinions of Grey Ghost Gear, more specifically, the lightweight assault pack here? It looks like an interesting, yet small and simple pack. I have a NF pack about the size, but I like how the front pocket looks in the GGG pack.

No firsthand experience Jerry, but a few friends of mine like them. My buddy carries the pack you're referring to daily and he loves it.

Also, S30V Blur, and any Spyderco in that price range (or even just the Tenacious, which is pretty darn inexpensive). I wasn't really a Spyderco fan until I used one. Those knives sure do cut! And the Benchmade Griptilian. Those are my favorite starter blades.

I'm trying to figure out why I don't have a cold steel shovel yet.

You can't not have a Cold Steel shovel. And they're not even expensive so there's really no excuse.

Anything from Kershaw. The new blackwash Blur is about $60. Kershawguy.com used to have ZT0700's for $75 or $80 I think but they're not listed on his sight anymore. You can get a blem zt0350 for $95. Knockout and Piston are about $60 I think.
