So.. Todd, Murph, and I took a considerable amount of hardware out into the woods today and came back with lots of pics/video. I took delivery of my 1st Becker (BK2) and one of Todd's M-18's. In what area should I post the pics and video links to?8-8-12 (3).jpg

Id put what you thought about the beckers in the becker forum! Go figure! Put the what you thought about the M-18 in the great outdoors/survival gear. Just a thought. If someone thinks it should go elsewhere. Chime in. And also your advice on what's good medicine for multiple bee stings would be appriciated as welll!

Love my CW9! I put a set of Trijicon night sights on it and had a Hogue slip on grip on it for quite a while. Then I saw Talon grips, so I put a set of them on. I haven't really shot it much with them, but they seem to really tame down the aggressive texturing on the backstrap.

I don't know about bee stings specifically, but Yeungling will help just about anything...

I've noticed that. I had a real fun day with Murph and diesel D playing with knives and exploring deisel D's family farm. Beutifull property! Peacefull, remote, full of everything a outdoorsman dreams of. Unfortunately for me. I must of kicked up a hornets nest while playing with the M-18. Got stung 7 times before I could outrun them. (Like a screaming little girl to hear Murph and DD tell it) this just must not be my week with winged creatures! If your following the snark post. Monday I had part of my earlobe bittin of by a parrot. What gives?

Honey for bee stings, I have also heard that meat tenderizer works good. I dunno, I haven't been stung by a bee in probably close to 20 years.

*knocks on head* Didn't want to TOTALLY jinx myself with that comment.

The 9, the 2 and a PM2 enjoyed a nice trip up a mountain yesterday! Great day!

My sheath from Sagewoodgear was great! The 2 was on my belt almost the entire time!

For 6 hours, it was quite a trip :)

New beer night...Sweetwater Blue. Little hint of blueberry mixed in with awesome beer goodness!

Wildcat , the Talon looks like skateboard tape. Might give it a try. What ammo do you like in your Kahr? I have about 200 rounds of 115gr Winchester white box through mine and use Speer 124 gr Gold dot for carry.

Those are no fun. It reminds me of a time when I was tearing down an old Jeep. I reached under the fender to get a wrench on a nut and felt some paper. So I grab it to pull it out and toss it out of the way. All the sudden my hand felt painfully tingly. I pull it out to find no less than 5 wasps going banzai on my knuckles.

I got nothing on the parrot. You're on your own there.
