Your favorite dedicated hurtin' knife

Can't really say I have a dedicated fighting style knife, never really thought about it though, but anyway you slice it, every knife I own you could shave with. So one could be bled out or de-limbed quickly should the need arise.

Gavin s. The keyhole is for trapping the edge of your opponents blade, then you can in theory, snap his blade of twist it out of his hand. John

Cold Steel OSS. Blackhawk Tatang would be a close second. Ideally something double-edged.

Both of those are large fixed blades, though. I normally EDC a CRKT Dragon with my .357 or a KA-BAR TDI with my compact .40 S&W.

Any of these would fit the bill, but it's the weapon at the top that is the best dedicated "hurtin'" tool...

For any weapon, I'll take the lupara at the bottom ;)

What we need is a good "fighting knife pics only" thread, so we don't have to wade through a half dozen pages of comments regarding why knives are crap tools for cutting people, and how we all need to grow up and buy a drone fleet.

Thanks cf1969:) I like 'em too! The .44 mag was left to me by my dad. The Model 14, I got lucky years back and it was in stock direct from Randall.

Out of all the knives I have, the one that would be best suited for this would be my Benchmade 3550 auto. Don't carry it much and don't think I would grab it in a situation where I need to do a lot of harm.
