These are all of the variations of the Police G10 that are listed on Spydiewiki C07 Police but please let me know if you know of any others.

It may not be immediately apparent from the pic but, in person, the increase in size from the Police 2 to the Police 4 is very obvious. My favorite in terms of size is the Police 2 but people with larger hands probably like the Police 3/4 better.

Now that I'm done with the G10, I'm going to start looking for the Police 2 PE & SE CF variations which are rarely seen.

The search never ends. LOL! ;)

Here is one you missed.



First run of G-10 Police. Linerless, saber grind with swedge tip, GIN-1 stamp. It was also made in ATS-55. (I have PE and SE of both)

Nice. I'll look for them but I'm not going to chase them.

I want to focus on finding a Gen 1 SS PE Pig & a Gen 1 SE ""Police Model" 1st.

But, let me know if you want to sell them as a pair. 😉

PS: Just saw a PE version of this G10 variant with an ATS-55 blade on EB for sale for $455 which plus tax & shipping is $510 to me.

I don't want it that badly & it's still there as of 09/10/2025, if anyone else wants it.

Sal has said that he started printing "Police Model" on the Gen 1 blades because people didn't like the earlier engraved "PIG" models.

My mission now is to try find a Gen 1 PE PIG & a SE "Police Model" to complete those sets.

All Gen 1's are rarer than hen's teeth. So, wish me luck!🙏

The POLICE model in stainless gen2 was my first Spyderco knife about 30 years ago. I've lost about 3 of them since. I found a replacement about 10 years ago and finally put her in retirement. She served me well and now a brand new stainless serrated that I carry.
I just ordered a Crucarta Native Chief last night. I've got about 25-30 Spyderco knives, folders and fixed blades. I love 'em!
 
I was debating whether to post this most recent acquisition because it's not significant but, what the heck, it's a continuation of the Police model collection story above, so here it is . . .

I recently acquired this Gen 2 Police PS with only the word "Police" engraved on the VG10 blade . . .

This completes this 3 knife set of similarly engraved Police2 models:

Which corresponds to this 3 knife set of Police 2 VG10 knives with blades that are imprinted with the word Police & the Spyderbug logo on it:

I also believe there is a set of Police 2 VG10 knives with NOTHING engraved or imprinted on the blades. I've come across a couple of these but I'm not going to bother to try to collect them too. These are more enough.

In fact, I should sell off one of these sets but, as I mentioned, elsewhere, I don't need the $ & I hate the process involved in selling knives. 🤷‍♂️

So, I'm just going to keep them, at least for now. LOL! ;)

All of my Gen 2s were SE. I wish that I'd have gotten a PE. My current new one from BHQ is a PE and it is fiiiiine!
