Your Most Recent Spyderco Acquisitions

Ordered my first Military 2 and chose the crucarta. I only have one Military (first and only) which is the ti carbon S90v frame lock.

I do own a PM2 exclusive in cruwear and smooth G10. I use a guided system and the cruwear seems to get sharper than the majority of my blades - even compared to other PM2s that I own.

Will post pics once it arrives.

So that’s why I can’t find the plain edge….

That plain edge is new enough to be 4 way clip, although the overlay covers the left side screw holes. The serrated is one of the even newer screw construction pieces. Brian told me in an e-mail that one of the two artists that created the design has since passed away, so it may be tough to find any of them now.

According to Spydiewiki, there weren’t very many of them made in general. I’ve certainly never seen one in person before. Glad you were able to get them.

I had seen them a couple of times, in Santa Fe and at the SFO, but this was the first time I was in a position to buy them. Getting both was a bit surreal.

Just arrived. An EB find to add to my vintage Spyderco collection.

It's the SuperHawk (C116CFP) with a 3.5" VG10 plain hawkbill blade, compression lock & peel-ply CF scales (Vintage 2008-2009).

A rare Spyderco one-off. No other variations of this model were made but there is another SuperHawk model line (C77) that also exists:

Another EB find that went unsold for some time before the seller accepted my offer . . .

It's a rare ATS-34 G10 Spyderco Terzuola (C15GPS) -- Vintage: 1994-1997:

This completes my C15 Terzuola set which also includes the aluminum black beaded scaled PE & PS models - Vintage 1990-1993 -- of which there are a couple of variations. However, no other variations of the G10 model were ever made:
