My first two LT Wrights were waiting for me on the front porch when I got home from work Monday. A Frontier First, and a Frontier Valley in O1 and A2, respectively. I’m still breaking in the leather, but alternated carrying them pocket carry all day Tuesday, and am loving them. Did a little whittling on some cedar and dead dogwood, and cut up some old blue jeans for the next batch of char cloth - I think they’re both going to see a lot of use.

One of my lumberyard customers has had a Case display box for the last 15 years. The retail floor manager has kept it replenished and I have bought a number of knives from him in the last 15 years out of his box. He told me this past week that he is clearing them out (too hard to refill certain models from Case) and asked me about my recommendations for a replacement brand. He wants a mixture of traditional, fixed blade, bigger folders and moderns - I recommended Buck Knives for that assortment. I did buy his last Case 6347 SS, it has been in the case since 2015 and the sunny side of the display knife has lost the brown dye. Snaps great though, and the close out price was a bargain. OH
