Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Cool !!!!!!!! Those Buck Slim Select knives with FRN, fiberglass, or whatever plastic handles are solid, able, knives that can do a days work without breaking a sweat. Are all of those for you? I gave a Buck "Wally Marshal Mr. Crappie" knife to John Crappie71 Crappie71 a while back.
Yeah, they're all for me. Mine! All mine! Muhahahahahaha! 🤪
Ahem...regains composure...had to order an extra one to get free shipping ;)
The Slim Selects and LTs are some of the best values in knifedom. I already had several Slim 110s. This one is different because of the drop point, and it doesn't have thumb studs.

Those gloves...
And I don't even fish :D
Thought they'd come in handy for opening jars :p

What's in the box?!?!?!

Ooo boy. All of the beautiful options in the Knives of France store..... Which one is it......

I have been staring at this knife for months on the site and finally pulled the trigger after speaking with screened porch screened porch who also owns one.

The Galeam in smoky oak! Nothing too fancy but I love a big sheepsfoot. These are new old stock blades that had been found and fitted to the oak handles.

It's simple friction folder with a lot of blade! 8.5" (21.5cm) open! 3 5/8" (about 9.2 cm) of edge! Nice and lightweight. Balance point is basically right at the stop pin. Just an all around nice feel to this.

Looking forward to toting it around!

Woo! I haven't been able to put mine down. Just an awesome knife. I hope yours has just as nice action!
Thanks RickHuf RickHuf I haven't gotten to play with it as much as I'd like to with everything going on. I will say that it is much smoother than my M. May that I got a few weeks ago. I haven't even given it a proper flush yet, so I am fairly confident that it will be wonderful after some use and TLC!

A great friend had gifted me a knife for officiating her wedding. It was such kind gift. But it’s hard to buy for us knife guys. She and her new hubby bought a new Cooper made Battle Axe Brand, stag hunter that is as large as a small machete. We got a kick out of it. I asked if I could swap it out for something I could carry that symbolized the same vibe she was going for.

Last week I stumbled across this German made Battle Axe Brand gunstock. I think it will be a great substitute. I Love the etch! The stag on this is just…wow. It was made in 1980 I believe. It’s never been used and needs a bit of TLC. Definitely a fun add to the collection.
