I know what you mean, Paul.

Even though I reside in one of the hottest and most humid regions of the US, I still have very limited uses for stainless. If I'm going out on saltwater, I generally take a small magnacut fixed blade. Other than that, carbon all day.

I know what you mean. I had one of those back in the day, moved it along and occasionally wonder if I made a mistake when I see how popular they seem to be. I didn’t gel with it in the few months I had it though.

Hard to pass this one up and was able to get at a lower than listed price. Never owned a Fight’n Rooster but looking at adding some different brands to my collection and seeing what sticks or what goes. At least from what I’ve read so far, they’re generally pretty good quality, similar to Bulldogs or Hen and Rooster. I don’t have any of those either so no idea.

There was a 12 blade with pearl covers but someone must have snagged it while I was trying to decide. I’m guessing this is sometime after 1984 based on the tang stamps. No idea what steal it is in, if anyone might know, would appreciate it. Sure is a lot of blades, LOL

These two were delivered recently. A wonderful custom fixed blade made by Daado Daado . Rag micarta and 52100 steel. Dalibor is a wonderful maker and for the price cannot be beat. I highly suggest getting with him for your next fixed blade knife.

This GEC 15 is from the first run of 15s I believe. Made in 2012 and is really nice. The EO notch was added later and I have no issues with it. Should make a great pocket knife.
