Super cool knife. Is he going to take orders or just start making them?Prototype Saddlehorn by my good friend Grayson Jennings. I had been all but begging him to take this pattern on, as I knew it would nail the execution with his usual skill. I’m blessed to have the first one, and it absolutely met all my expectations.

I don’t want to appear to flaunt the rules with regard to promoting a maker who is not a supporting member here.Super cool knife. Is he going to take orders or just start making them?
What wood is it? It looks great.I was already a fan of the one I have in white micarta, but wanted one in a darker, perhaps more traditional cover.View attachment 2753324

I also got a copy of Levine’s Guide (4th Edition, of course) for what felt like a smokin’ deal. I hadn’t actively been looking for a copy, but I’ve been passively looking for years.

Recently, I'd mentioned that I was really interested in making an effort to go further with my Case Yellow Synthetic collection, something about that material just makes me happy to look at it, and Case does it so well. So, he PMs me along the lines of "You don't say.....give me your address!"
A few days later, these two beautiful knives landed in my mailbox:

I could not be more grateful for the many friends I've made here, and J is definitely a standout guy, that's for sure.
