Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Something from the Philippines. That's an 11" blade!

A suprise Christmas gift from DocJekl DocJekl 🤯🤯🤯
My (likely) 2025 Knife Of The Year. After lubing and stropping, it went into my pocket. I don't foresee it coming out ... except for use and photos as the patina develops on the blades. 😇👍

(He also sent a blue Delica I can't show here. 🤯)
Thank you again, Young Sir.

Another one into the fold.

Tools For Gents SFO #92

My Mind , Body and Soul has yearned achingly for a secondary Coping, hopefully this will steer me clear of doing anything drastic with my many Pens!

First of this pattern but I doubt my last. Also my first GEC burlap, I’m a fan 👍

A “User” as all the rest..

The Eureka 92 is a very satisfying knife from GEC and credit to them for reviving a scarce and near extinct pattern  Burlap Micarta looks very tough and appealing, they could offer more knives in this material.

Been a bit of a knife drought here since November (seems longer...:D) but I have a feeling this dismal state of affairs will be ending soon....a glut beckons :)

Aye Will, Satisfying is a very good way to put it!
The width of the 2 blade and slender profile up at the pivot gives it a stout but nimble feel?
The curved swell end is nice to rest one’s thumb upon.
And the hump on the back spring, well that’s just…. satisfying too.

Also a big fan of the blade combo, a good pot-bellied spear coupled with a nice pointy crisp flat coping all pairs well with the tough burlap so I hope this will be a beloved user for years to come.

Best get your dinghy and life jacket ready, sounds like a floods-a-coming’ 😂

I have a few Schrades, mostly Uncle Henrys, plus a Scrimshaw and a little SP-1. Never had an Old Timer, though. I found this USA 77OT ("Small Game" "Improved Muskrat") yesterday, new in the box with the original paperwork and plastic sleeve. Very thin blades that sharpen up really well. Carried it all day yesterday and today, and after I took this picture I used it to slice some kiwi fruit and strawberries, so it's getting a patina started already. I've written before how I didn't appreciate the muskrat pattern at first until I broke down and bought a Rough Rider just to give it a try. Well, this is my seventh one now, joining the RR, an S&M, and four Cases.
