Bought off the bay on Friday and arrived on my porch a couple hours ago, 3-5/8" closed Hen & Rooster. Initially I was very disappointed as all 3 blades had zero snap either opening or closing. Took it to the sink and 30 seconds of dawn soap and warm water and Bingo, all 3 are near perfect in both directions now. I also put some mineral oil on the stag and that brought out the color. Blades look to have never been used or sharpened and after a few minutes on a ceramic rod they are ready to cut things. I'd been looking for a serpentine whittler this size with a coping blade secondary and I'm more than pleased with this one. It'll be in the pocket tomorrow. :)

It’s been years since I sold off my wire jack collection. In fact, it’s been almost that long since I’ve seen any of the large size for sale at a reasonable price. I’ve always considered the Schrade wire jacks as the most innovative knife design. Here ya go

This Dollar Knife Company Osage Orange Blue Shield Jack Knife with D2 Spear Point blade fell out of our mailbox this morning. Absolutely flush joints at all positions - closed, half stop, and open with perfectly centered blade and smooth transition between bolsters and covers. Very sharp out of the box.
