Been busy, busy so posting pictures has taken a backseat to work...just to tired when I get home plus indoor lighting:o

These have arrived over the last six to eight weeks...some even sat in their tubes for several days before opening:eek:

Thanks Tim, and Bob's handiwork inspired the red XD:o Since then I added a blue bone Tidioute #79;)

& by all means post up the Lone Wolf:thumbup::cool:

@ Tim, Harry, Robb and Gev, Thank you all. My guilt factor has pegged a bit so to lessen the burden some will be gifted this holiday season:o:)

:thumbup: Beautiful Paul!!!! Great snags!!! :)

Thanks Robert, I saw your Space Shuttle SAK, very nice:cool::thumbup: if memory serves you've been after that one haven't you?

Thank you Paul and yes, an original Space Shuttle was on my Grail list. I now have the reg production, Shuttle era Master Craftsman, the later Master Craftsman re-named named The Astronaut (after the NASA notoriety} and arriving soon the Space Shuttle version of the Astronaut. All I need now is the Space Shuttle based on the current Craftsman model made exclusively for Victorinox Japan.

Poor pic but it's dark nearly all day now in the Arctic...

Robert Klaas/Kissing Cranes Germany, 3.5" completely sunk-joints, single-spring, Penknife in Horn. Both sides are different and interesting, knife seems unused has very good snap (pen blade a tough nut to open!) I don't know how old but guessing the 1950s/60s? This one is being carried immediately.

The other side has a remarkable 'feather' effect or should I say like an open owl's wing?:D

That's a great description. And what a beautiful little gent's knife! I love how the blades practically vanish into the frame.

What is the knife second from the top?

It's an Old Forge Barehead Jack and the bolsters are copper. It was like $15 so I took a chance. It's actually a very nice knife. It's a big knife, the Opinel next to it is a No.10 and it's not much smaller. It took an extremely fine edge, blade is centered, and there's zero play. I've paid a lot more and received a lot less.

Thanks for the info! It's a handsome knife, and surprisingly inexpensive.

No problem. I really don't see me carrying this one much because of the size but I'm not getting rid of it anytime soon either. It's too nice, right up there with my KaBar Dogs Head Barlow believe it or not.
