Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

I've never been a fan of gunstocks but I like *that* one. You have great taste! I kind of like the "busy."

Me too! In person, it's growing on me. There are a lot of details that make it interesting to fiddle with.

Fresh out of the tube, I love it!

I can't get over the coined elements on this knife. Just gorgeous!

I'll just be over here, wishing those came in stainless. ;)

I went back to one of your earlier posts and saw that you sometimes use the horizontal belt pouch on your left side ! Have you ever had a knife slide out from that position ??
Just noticed where you are from and I believe that Nancy & I have been through the Central Tablelands twice in 2005 and I think it is very nice looking country that we saw.

Harry

Hi Harry ... yep the Central Tablelands is a pretty nice spot I live on a 'Hobby Farm' near Orange.

No the knife has never come out.
The trick with that sheath is the twofold ... one the Blade has some spring in it so as it slides into the sheath it depresses and then rises again when it is all the way in giving it natural retention ... also the leather at the opening is reasonably tight. Also for just that little bit of retention I tuck the lanyard behind my belt.
The sheath can be seen here in this thread...

Those who know the sad and sorry tale of my quest for the elusive Snakewood Viper fear not!
Just as I was about to pack it in and give up the chase -BF Trading forum to the rescue.
I had to trade my first TC Barlow for it but happy to say all went well . Thanks to MCar.

Thanks A.L.! And zolthar, I agree -- you'd think somewhere they could mention the company's name. :D ;)

I've been sorely tempted by these on more than one occasion. Yours is a beautiful example -- and I love that color!
