I saw these on a site where I have bought some Case knives. Very interesting? I did not know they made that blade so heavy. That's a great looking, robust piece.
What steel are the blades? Doesn't say on the site's I've checked?
Santa came early.. and I have really been that good a boy!

Thank yoU AS . Th blades are the ( standard stuff ) SS
Case did do a pretty good job on this series.

Mine came in today too, (Christmas/birthday gift to myself). Just love the jig, and I can live with the color. No noticeable faults, I judge pull to be about a 6. The Wharmcliffe master blade is a full 3/16" thick on this knife; massive. I just so happened to have a leather sheath that the knife fits into perfectly, so this will go into EDC rotation immediately.

Guess I'll have to wait on a Beer Scout and a Rogers Bone Peanut, but that's ok. So far lovin' this sexy Seahorse, and I finally have an example of Rogers Bone in my small collection.
Harry, that whittler is really special.
Harry, impressive B.S. Love those Charred Oak Barrel covers![]()
