Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Netguy1999, my collection seems to have developed a hole...........Enjoy it my friend. I'll replace it in time, but I could tell you really genuinely needed one. This pic needs updated, but here are some of my gunstocks. Minus a Tuna Valley.....

Thanks for sharing this picture of your gunstock collection, and more so for sharing your gunstock collection with me. :) I'll put up some better pictures of the Tuna Valley in the coming days. It was just the thing to bring some warmth in these cold bleak days of winter.

Added my first forum knife, the 2016. Great knife. About the same size as the 77. Perfect size for me.

This came all the way from the UK for me today! My newest addition and the second GEC I have that is NOT a CC SFO . This one will get carried...alot.

Just sharpened this one up and it's getting some pocket time today. S&M easy open tear drop. The burnt orange spalted maple is more of a red. These were from a run just a few months ago. Overall quite happy with the fit and finish on this one. Only complaints were that it came extremely dull, even grinds but nowhere near usably sharp. Also the blade etch was very heavy and bleeding out (not sure if that is how best to describe it). Both were easy fixes though.

I have a Wall St. Clip in some really choice Stag, but I have to say that I think your Spear in Bone is an even more remarkable knife:thumbup: It is a very well made lock back and gratifying to find that GEC offered THREE blade options: Clip, Spear, Wharncliffe. It merits more attention as it's great in the hand despite the rather un-promising squared off end.

Thanks, Will

My newest stag. A 57 Wrangler. I passed on the 2016 BF knife. This way I get my favorite cover, a nice clip blade, a punch and an extra blade.
Also it was released on my 65th birthday.

Thanks Will. An irresistible force is now moving me to find at least two more. I would like a wharncliff. Agree it's not fully appreciated.

Lots of good reasons to make this acquisition Alan. I will have to remember that in a year when I turn 65!

You are now hooked on Stag . There is no known cure for that ailment Alan . It has been known to eat holes in bill folds .
Nice knife and nice picture too my friend .
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Harry

Thanks Harry, I just wave my open wallet over the computer screen and the money magically grows wings. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
