Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Another older Queen beauty in cocobolo from around 2002, the little serpentine #2 jack.

Didn't know they did those Jacks in Coco, very nice indeed. I have the ACSB one and it merits more carry.

Thanks, Will

Thanks, Will, it really is a very small knife, very thin, but still a good deal more blade than a peanut has. Every one of the cocobolo Queens I've had has been top notch in every way: early enough to have the great F&F and W&T, and late enough to have the D2 steel.

Yes, I think the cocobolo series were Queen's best work, at least from this century.

Got a couple of new ones recently.

A.G. Russell Small Doctor's Knife in Stag. Got this one in exchange for the same knife in which the Stag was too fat. A.G.'s customer service was exceptional. I received this exchanged knife 7 days after I mailed the other one back.

AG has always had an excellent rep when it comes to how it cares for its customers. Hot Boker too Rick.

I seem to have my best luck with pawn shops. Went into one today, the 127UH caught my eye immediately, then tucked into the corner was the Uncle Henry LB7 too. Looking at both I asked the lady if I bought both what kinda deal would she cut me. They had $59.95 on the 127UH, $29.95 on the LB7. She said if I bought the 127UH shed throw in the LB7 for free. So basically 30 each lol I can live with that. Previous owner musta had trouble with the pivot pin walking out, they staked it.
Edit: both USA made

Thanks, Alan.

Yeah, Rick, I just have to know how you like that Boker! Looks fantastic, how is the F&F?

Taylor, I'm pretty smitten with it. It's definitely going into my watch pocket rotation. Fit & finish is excellent with solid lockup and I can easily pinch the blade open. Centered blade. Smooth action. N690 stainless steel.

My only complaint is that being a Solingen made Boker, I expected the shield to be pinned but it doesn't appear to be. Might have something to do with the handle material. Aside from that, I couldn't be happier. I had to sell a couple of things to obtain it but I'll enjoy this a lot more than I'll miss those.

Thanks, Rick! You have me chicken-eyeing it on a website as we speak. Nice solid lockup is just what i was wanting to hear. It looks like the shield might be kind of "melted" into the scale perhaps? This is one of those knives that kind of "spoke" to me right away.

Thank goodness I found it in 2 sizes. It looks like they make one that is about 4 inches closed, and I was thinking, "Holy Cow, Rick has huge hands!", haha.

ETA: I'm feeling more like trying out some Bokers now that there seems to be an interested Moderator on the forum. And BIG congrats on 5000 posts! :)

You are correct, Taylor. They actually make them in 3 sizes. Scout, Junior Scout, and Boy Scout which is what mine is and it's 3 inches closed.

Thanks for the congrats too! I hadn't even noticed. Looks like I made my 5000th post in a sale thread. LOL
